Petitioners have filed an application on 09.08.2019, by paying requisite charges through online on 08.08.2019, seeking survey of the land mentioned by them in the said application, and contend that the respondents 5 & 6 have not carried out the survey till date.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the respondents 5 & 6 will complete the survey as sought by the petitioners within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving notice to all the affected parties.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 5 and 6 to complete the survey as sought by the petitioners within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving notice to all the affected parties, and communicate the same to the petitioners. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
