THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21017 OF 2019 O R D E R :

Petitioner's grievance is that she had applied for issuance of new pattadar passbooks in respect of the subject land to the 2nd respondent on 31.08.2019 and the 2nd respondent had not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will decide the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
