THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.14786 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to produce the detenue viz., Ms.Zareena Sultana, who is said to have been confined in H.No.6-2-108/B2, Opp. Medi Centre Hospital, Near Clock Tower, Nalgonda, Nalgonda District, before this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The alleged detenue was produced before this Court today and she stated that she is aged about 27 years and she was not wrongfully confined by any person. She further stated that she is residing voluntarily with her parents and that she wants to marry the petitioner. Since she is a major, she is at liberty to marry the person of her choice.

4. Since there is no illegal detention, the question of entertaining the writ of Habeas Corpus does not arise. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
