THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.32963 of 2012 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the second respondent in rejecting the application dated 28.09.2010 for enhancement of intake capacity of the petitioner's recognized institution from 50 to 100 students by proceedings dated 25.05.2011 and confirmed by the first respondent in proceedings dated 28.10.2011. After filing of the Writ Petition new Regulations have been framed by the second respondent and the petitioner has to apply as per the new Regulations.

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition, and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
