When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the disciplinary action initiated against the petitioner was concluded and petitioner was dismissed from service and at this stage cause in the writ petition does not survive. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.

Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
