THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5756 OF 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the Respondents more particularly the Respondent No.2 in sanctioning an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) in pursuance of the Respondent No.3 False Report dt.
08-02-2016 and interfering into the Petitioners Sajjadanashinship in respect of Waqf Institution known as Dargah Kamal Shah Biyabani, Sarai, Graveyard Ashoorkhana, situated at Kanteshwar, Nizamabad by creating unnecessary hurdles for the annual Urs-e-Shareef Celebration to be held scheduled on 28-02-2016 to 02-032016 as arbitrary highhanded ex-facie illegal and against the spirit and object of the Waqf Act,1995 and as well as contrary to the Hon'ble Court Orders dt.24-02-2014 passed in W.P.No.4315 of 2014 inspite of receiving the Petitioners Representation dt.15-02-2016 and his Legal Notice dt.1702-2016 and consequently direct the Respondent Nos.
2 & 3 not to interfere into the spiritual duties of the Writ Petitioners Sajjadanashinship in respect of the aforesaid Dargah more particularly in respect of the annual Urs-eShareef going to be scheduled on 28-02-2016 to 02-03-2016 in the interest of justice and may pass such other order or orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the cases".

In view of the completion of the celebrations, the relief sought in the writ petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
