Pollution Control Board, submits that, pursuant to the order impugned in the writ petition, both the petitioner and the 2nd respondent were granted permission.

Sri J.Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, if that be so, the cause in the writ petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
