This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioner-Accused No.2 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No.361 of 2018 on the file of Station House Officer, Moinabad Police Station, R.R. District. 2.
On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation in the subject crime, the police filed charge sheet before the concerned Court.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner-Accused is at liberty to move this Court seeking quashment of the proceedings of the charge sheet.
