On the last occasion when the appeal was listed, i.e., on 02.06.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant; the learned counsel for respondent No.3/Insurance Company was present. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It appears, appellant has no interest in pursuing the appeal. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed for default. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the appeal stand closed.
