HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.1357 OF 2013 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach all the authorities, including the Pollution Control Board for stipulation of point for discharge of effluent/ sewage from petitioner unit and apply for appropriate permissions in accordance with law.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn by granting the liberty as prayed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
