THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.807 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the Criminal Petition is disposed of as follows:

A perusal of the statement of the de facto complainant-Akula Kalyani shows prima facie case against accused No.1 and also the petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 and 3 to the effect that A.1 already married to another girl by name Archana and all the accused concealing that fact got married A.1 with the de facto complainant and further, they harassed her in many ways and they administered some tables to abort her pregnancy. The investigation is stated to be pending. In these circumstances, it is not a fit case to quash the FIR in Cr.No.4 of 2015. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioners that petitioner/Accused No.2 is 70 years old lady and that petitioner/Accused No.

3 is a Government employee working in Singareni Collieries, Mandamarri, Adilabad District, the Police of Women Police Station, North Zone, Hyderabad City, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 and 3 until further orders. The petitioners/accused Nos. 2 and 3 shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
