The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ or order, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of respondents 1 to 3 in taking action against the deviations and encroachment committed by the 4th respondent by considering the representation dated 1.5.2017 submitted by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, respondents 1 to 3 are hereby directed to consider the representation dated 1.5.2017 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
