Learned counsel for the petitioners says that lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 01-07-2016 passed in WP.No.21313 of 2016. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the request of petitioners for assignment of land in Sy.No.989 of Dachur Village to petitioners on satisfying the respondents that they are displaced on account of construction of Kandleru Reservoir.
