THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1160 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case was filed alleging non-implementation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.30745/2015 dated 21.09.2015.

In the said writ petition, this Court directed the respondent No.2 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 03.08.2015. Now, the learned counsel for respondent produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings dated 28.07.2016 disposing of the appeal.

In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this Contempt Case, and accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
