HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.9692 OF 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the Sub Registrar, Wanaparthy, Mahabubnagar-first respondent herein in refusing to register the Agreement of Sale-cum-General Power of Attorney with possession deed, dated 31.3.2007 pursuant to the orders of the District Collector, Mahabubnagar-third respondent vide proceedings No.F2/ 10/ 2007, dated 11.04.2007 as illegal and arbitrary.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners represented that the 5th petitioner passed away and he does not have any instructions in the matter from the other petitioners 1 to 4.

In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that he does not have any instructions in the matter from the petitioners 1 to 4, the writ petition closed as no further orders are necessary.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
