THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 44020 OF 2016 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in not registering F.I.R. based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01-11-2016 against respondent Nos. 4 and 5.

Learned Government Pleader received written instructions from respondent No. 3 and it states as follows:

"It is submitted that the petitioner has not made or sent any complaint to the 3rd respondent police station against the respondents 4 & 5 in the matter stated in the affidavit. The contention of the petitioner that the petitioner gave a complaint on 01.11.2016 to 3rd respondent against the 4th respondent. The further allegation of the petitioner that she gave complaint to the 2nd respondent on 29.11.2016 requesting him to register the same against the 4th & 5th respondents is also incorrect, since no complaint is received in the 3rd respondent police station from the 2nd respondent herein, so far. Thus, there is no inaction on the part of the respondent police authorities as alleged in the writ petition. In case, the petitioner makes any complaint, the 3rd respondent police will take necessary action thereon in accordance with law." In view of the above, it is open to the petitioner to personally go to respondent No. 3 and lodge a complaint.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
