This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw D.V.C.No.93 of 2016 from the file of the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad at Erramanzil, and transfer the same to the file of the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, Krishna District.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the transfer petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
