HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10838 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not regularizing the petitioner plot No.62 respectively in Survey No.66/2, Rayadurg Navkhalsa Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, under Layout Regulation Scheme, as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent to regularize the petitioner plot No.62 respectively.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the subject matter of the present writ petition is similar and identical to that of W.P.No.32049 of 2013 and is squarely covered by the order dated 08.11.2013 in W.P.No.32049 of 2013, and the same is not disputed or denied by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation.

3. For the reasons alike in the said writ petition and following the same, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
