The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.3241 of 2006 on the file of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit. 2 .

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this CRP, shall stand closed.
