This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representations dt.22.7.2013, 02.5.2015 and 06.10.2015 for removal of encroachments in respect of the property relating to Gopal Rao Reading Room, Adoni. At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. A perusal of the record shows that in respect of the same cause of action and for the same relief, the petitioner has filed W.P. No.11355 of 2014 and that the same is pending. Therefore, the petitioner cannot be permitted to file successive writ petitions for the same relief. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the pending W.P. No.11355 of 2015.
