OFFICE NOTE 10.09.2025 JSR,J I.A.No.4 of 2022 in Crl.P.Nos.7487 and 7480 of 2021 These applications have been filed seeking extension of the order passed by this Court in Crl.P.Nos.7487 and 7480 of 2021, dated 22.10.2021, for a further period of one year or until further orders. Upon perusal of the record, it reveals that the time sought by the petitioner was already expired. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that during the pendency of these applications, the Investigating Officer, after conducting investigation, filed a charge sheet, and the learned Magistrate took cognizance and the same was numbered as C.C.No.6593 of 2022, and the same is pending on the file of the XIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally. In view of the same, the cause in these applications does not survive for adjudication.

He further submitted that the learned counsel for the petitioner ought to have filed the necessary application in C.C. No. 6593 of 2022. Mr.M.Karthik, learned counsel representing Mr.D.

C.C. No. 6593 of 2022.

Accordingly, these applications are closed.

However, the petitioner is granted liberty to avail remedies as available under law in C.C.No.6593 of 2023 on the file of the XIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally .
