This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 22-09-2015, in

WP.No.1119 of 2011, by the respondent.

At the hearing, the learned Counsel for both parties stated that the Writ Appeal filed against the above-mentioned order has been allowed by the Division Bench today.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case does not survive for adjudication and the same is, accordingly, closed.
