Petitioners had made applications on 09.05.2019 and 17.07.2019 in Form 6A for issuance of pattadar passbook to the 3rd respondent and contend that the said application has not been disposed of by the 3rd respondent.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider the said applications of the petitioners within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of, and communicate his decision to the petitioners. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the said applications of the petitioners within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of, and communicate his decision to the petitioners. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
