THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3997 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioners/A1 and A6 seek for pre-arrest bail in Cr.No.44 of 2016 of Yerpedu PS, Tirupathi Urban , Chittoor District. 2) It is to be noted that in Crl.M.P.No.1078 of 2017 moved by petitions, the IV Additional Sessions Judge, Tirupati while dismissing the petition directed them to surrender before the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Srikalahasti within 10 days from the date of order and on such surrender the learned Magistrate shall dispose of their bail application on the same day on merits.

3) It appears without obliging the said order, petitioners moved this Court. There is no reason to come to a different conclusion having regard to the facts involved in the case. Therefore, while dismissing the petition, petitioners are directed to surrender before the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Srikalahasti within 10 days from today and seek regular bail in which case the learned Magistrate shall dispose of the bail application on merits on the same day.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
