HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.26697 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the appointments of respondents 3 to 8 as Standing Counsels, Government Pleaders, Special Government Pleaders and Public Prosecutors as illegal, unjust, arbitrary and voilative of Article 14 and 16 of Constitution of India.

It is represented that the term of respondents 3 to 8 is completed long back and relief claimed in the writ petition has become infructuous. Considering the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
