Heard Smt. V. Sujatha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Smt. K. Lalitha, Standing counsel for the Endowments.

2. This court passed an order dated 28.07.2015 in WP No.18568 of 2015, against which the present contempt case is filed. Considering the objections raised by the respondents, while passing the order, this court noticed the fact that some employees who are similarly placed were considered for regularisation and their services have been regularised.

3. Therefore, the contempt case is closed, directing the respondents to re-consider the case of the petitioners also on par with the other employees. No order as to costs.
