HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.20888 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in neither registering FIR nor arresting the accused pursuant to the complaints dated 15.06.2009 and 13.09.2019 against the respondents 4 to 6, as illegal and arbitrary.

Despite the matter having stood over on 24.09.2019, 21.10.2019, 04.12.2019 and 11.12.2019, there has been no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 30.09.2019, submits that the complaints of the petitioner dated 15.06.2019 and 13.09.2019 have been received through proper channel on 18.06.2019 and 16.09.2019 respectively. As the complaints revealed that the matters relates to civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.4 and 5, the petitioner was directed to approach the competent Court or other statutory authorities for redressal of his grievanc. It is stated that a notice dated 13.09.2019 was sent to the petitioner to the above said effect vide registered post No.EN 427928497IN. Recording the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, since, the 3rd respondent has

already been issued notice to the petitioner, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to avail remedies in accordance with law, no further orders need be passed in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
