PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) This habeas corpus petition is filed by father seeking production of his daughter Ms.T.Srijaya Laxmi, alleging that she has been illegally detained by respondents 4 and 5. We interacted with Ms.T.Srijaya Laxmi on last occasion and even today. We also told her the pros and cons of her marriage with respondent no.4. Further, we made her aware of the allegations of her father against respondent no.4, including the allegation that his graduation certificate from the University of Greenwich is forged. Despite all this, she is firm and states that she has married respondent no.4 and she would like to live with him. She is 20 years old girl pursuing her graduation course. We found her confident and firm during our interaction with her.

Under any circumstances, she is not prepared to go with her father and she wants to continue to live with her husband/respondent no.4. In the circumstances, we have no option but to dismiss the writ petition. Order accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed. ___________________________ DILIP B.
