Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri VRN Prashanth, learned counsel for the respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that respondents willfully violated the order dt.29-04-2014 in W.P.No.14142 of 2014.

In the said Writ Petition, this Court directed the respondents to consider representation of the petitioner dt.23-04-2014. Admittedly, on 06-11-2014, the 1st respondent has passed an order rejecting the said representation of the petitioner. Though learned counsel for the petitioner sought to contend that the rejection is not on objective consideration, I am unable to agree with the said submission for the reason that the land of the petitioner was not acquired by the respondents and in fact, there was a sale by the petitioner's father to the respondents. As such there is no question of respondents providing any employment to the petitioner.

I therefore do not find any merit in the Contempt Case. It is accordingly dismissed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
