This writ petition is filed for a mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not regularizing the petitioners Plot Nos.86, 231 and 232 in Survey No.66/2, Raidurg Navkhalsas village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District under layout regularization scheme as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to regularize the plots of the petitioners.

2 . Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the subject matter of the

present writ petition is similar and identical to that of one W.P.No.34726 of 2014, wherein this court passed an elaborate order dated 24-12-2014, and is squarely covered by the said order, which is not disputed by Dr. Y. Padmavathi, learned standing counsel for the respondent Corporation, while opposing the said order to the extent of imposing costs in the said writ petition.

3. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 24-12-2014 in W.P.No.34726 of 2014, except to the extent of imposing costs. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
