THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.5146 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to assail a show-cause notice issued by the A.P. State Wakf Board.

Ordinarily, a writ petition would not be maintainable against a show-cause notice.

Limited grounds would be available to successfully maintain a writ petition thereagainst such as any jurisdictional aspect or total non-application of mind. Neither of these grounds have been pleaded or established in the present case. The writ petition is therefore devoid of merit and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
