HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.327 of 2005 Judgment:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal was filed against the order of the Commissioner for Workmen Compensation in W.C.No.184 of 1997 dated 07.08.2001.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the respondents herein filed C.M.A.No.4118 of 2004 challenging the same order and this Court disposed of the said appeal on 31.12.2014 confirming the order, but awarding interest at the rate of 9% p.a.

In view of the said order, no further orders are necessary in the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and the same is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this C.M.A., if any, shall stand closed.
