THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Writ Petition No.20936 of 2019 ORDER :

Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that the order whose implementation was sought for in the Writ Petition has since been implemented, and he has also produced evidence in support of the same.

The counsel for petitioner is also satisfied that the Tahsildar, Nizamabad has implemented the said order whose implementation was sought for in the Writ Petition vide proceedings dt.29.06.2019. 4.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
