HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 22575 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

By way of this writ petition, the petitioners seek direction to the 2nd respondent to issue a copy of the brief note prepared by the Deputy Director (Legal) dated 16-03-2015, which, according to them, was taken into consideration for issuing notice to them. The petitioners vide memo dated 05-06-2015 sought copies of the complaint against them and the brief note dated 16-03-2015 prepared by the Deputy Director (Legal). The learned Lokayuktha by his order dated 27-06-2015 directed to forward copies of the complaint and the order dated 29-05-2015, as sought by them, and their prayer for brief note has been rejected.

The brief note seems to be an internal document which has nothing to do with the complaint nor the complainant has relied upon any such note for making complaint against the petitioners. If at all either the complainant or the learned Lokayuktha rely on such notice, it is always open to the petitioners to seek copy thereof at that stage of the proceedings.

We do not find any merit in the writ petition and the same is dismissed.
