THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.2338 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused filed this Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashment of Proceedings in Docket Order dated 13.03.2015 in C.C.No.1843 of 2014 on the file of XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad.

2) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3) For the reasons submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petition is allowed and the petitioners/A.2 to A.5, A.7 & A.8 are directed to appear before XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad on or before 31.03.2015 and on their appearance, the learned XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad shall recall the NBWs issued against them.

4) Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
