HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.1881 of 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. Investigation shall go on. However, the police of KPHB PS are directed not to arrest the petitioners/A1 and A2 in Cr.No.33 of 2015 during the course of investigation. The petitioners are directed to cooperate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
