Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to quash the proceedings in Crime No.61 of 2019 of Police Station Gajwel, for the offences under section 447, 427, 504 and 506 of IPC against the petitionersiaccused No.1 to 3 and pass such order or orders. I.A. NO: 1 OF 2020 Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings in Crime No. 61 of 2019 of Police Station Gajwel for the offences under section 447,427 504 and 506 of IPC against the petitioners / accused No. 1 to 3 including the appearance of the petitioners / accused No. 1 to 3 and pass such other order or orders.

This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K. Giridhar Raju, Advocate for the Petitioners and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of the Respondent No.2 not appearing in person or by Advocate.

THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL PETITION No.71.5 oF 2020 ORDER:

Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions w,ould submit that the Police have already completed investigation and filed the charge sheet and therefore, this Criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
