THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CONTEMPT CASE No.2029 OF 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/contemnor submits that pursuant to order dated 17.11.2016, the direction passed by this Court in W.P.No.36316 of 2016, dated 22.08.2016 has been complied with, whereby the eligibility certificate has been issued in favour of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the respondent/contemnor being aggrieved by the order dated 22.08.2016 passed by this Court, he challenged up to Hon'ble Supreme Court and vide order dated 11.11.2016, the Hon'ble Supreme Court dismissed their petition. Immediately thereafter, the respondent/contemnor has issued certificate to the petitioner. Keeping in view the fact that the respondent has complied with the directions passed by this Court, I hereby discharge the contempt proceedings against the respondent/contemnor. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.
