Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo stating that the matter is settled outside the Court and revision petitioner has delivered vacant possession of the petition schedule property to the respondents. Recording the said memo, the revision petition is dismissed, as the matter is settled outside the Court.

In consequence, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition shall stand dismissed.
