ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not extending services of the petitioner as Academic Consultant in the department of Economic at S.V. University College of Arts, Tirupati, Chittoor District, beyond September, 2015 as arbitrary and illegal.

Heard Smt Thota Suneetha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-S.V.University.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it has been brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner got selected as Academic Consultant on 30.5.2017 and she is continuing as such as on today. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
