Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession of land to an extent of Acs.8.00 in Survey Nos.162/AA and Ac.0.10 guntas in Survey No.209 of Chalki Village, Nyalkal Mandal, Medak District. Petitioner alleges that she succeeded to the property after death of her husband. Thereafter, she applied for mutation; accordingly mutation was effected; was issued 1-B Namuna disclosing her name and was assigned Pattadar Passbook No.T09170060568, but so far pattadar passbook and title deeds were not issued to her. Alleging inaction, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.

Petitioner enclosed 1-B Namuna dated 25.07.2019 as Ex.P3 at page No.15 to the Writ Petition material paper book disclosing her name to the extents of lands, referred to above. 4.

Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application to the Tahsildar, Nyalkal Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, the 2nd respondent, requesting him to issue pattadar passbook in respect of land to an extent of Acs.8.00 in Survey No.162/AA and Ac.0.10 guntas in Survey No.209 of Chalki Village, Nyalkal Mandal, Medak District. On making such application, the Tahsildar shall process the same and if there is no other impediment, he shall issue pattadar passbook within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of application. If, for any reason, the Tahsildar is not

in agreement to issue pattadar passbook, he shall assign due reasons in support of the decision and communicate the said decision to the petitioner to work out her remedies as available in law.
