This civil revision petition is filed under Section 22 of the A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, challenging the judgment dated 16.7.2003 passed in R.C.A. No.2 of 1998 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge-cum-Rent Control Appellate Authority, Vizianagaram.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. The submission is recorded.

3. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
