This criminal petition is filed seeking for quash of the proceedings in P.R.C.No.4 of 2011 on the file of the court of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the connected matter viz., Crl.P.No.8544 of 2011, arising out of the same P.R.C.No.4 of 2011, was already compromised and the said criminal petition was allowed; hence, this petition also may be disposed of in the same terms. He also furnishes the copy of the order of this court in Crl.P.No.8544 of 2011, in which the compromise was recorded.

Hence, in terms of the said order, this criminal petition is also allowed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
