HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.1910 of 2010 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking Writ of Prohibition to prevent the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I, Hyderabad, from entertaining C.C.No.780 of 2009 filed by the 4th respondent.

2. This matter is posted under the caption "FOR ORDERS" basing on the letter dated 25.06.2015 addressed by the 4th respondent stating that the subject matter of the writ petition is covered to be dismissed in view of the judgment rendered by a Division Bench of this Court in the case of NARNE CONSTRUCTIONS (P) LTD., SECUNDERABAD vs. UNION OF INDIA[1].

3. Sri Venkat Reddy Donthi Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he has already given up vakalat and to that effect, he has also filed a Memo vide USR.No.10872 of 2011.

4. In view of the said submission and as no other counsel filed appearance on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Interim order granted by this Court on 3.2.2010 is vacated. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
