CVNR,J & TA,J Crl.A.No.645 of 2012 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal is filed by the de facto complainant/P.W.1 against judgment, dated 25.03.2009, in Sessions Case No.263 of 2007, on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kadapa.

At the hearing, Mr.S.Dilip Jaya Ram, learned counsel representing Mr.T.Nagarjuna Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, has placed before the Court, a Division Bench judgment, dated 08.12.2014, in Criminal Appeal No.473 of 2010, filed by the State against the same judgment, which is assailed in the present appeal. 3.

A perusal of the aforementioned judgment shows that the said appeal filed by the State challenging the acquittal of all the accused was dismissed.

The learned counsel for the appellant has informed the Court that no further appeal has been preferred by the State and as a result, the aforementioned Division Bench judgment has attained finality.

For the same reasons, for which Criminal Appeal No.473 of 2010, filed by the State was dismissed, vide judgment, dated 08.12.2014, this Criminal Appeal is also dismissed.
