Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

Since this Court is not adjudicating the matter on merits, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the 5th respondent. 3.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not implementing the final order passed by the 3rd respondent in file No. A/1296/2007, dated 10-03-2015 by recording the name of the petitioner and his brother as pattadar and possessor of the agriculture land in Sy. Nos. 30/1, 30/2, 138/1, 138/2, 313/1, 313/2 & 24 admeasuring Ac. 5-36, Ac. 1-22, Ac.5-16, Ac. 4-13, Ac. 5-15, Ac.5-18 and Ac. 1-26 guntas at Chowdarpally village, Devarkadra Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, and also by issuing pattadar pass book and title deed in favour of the petitioner and his brother, though the order of the 3rd respondent binding upon the 4th respondent, as illegal, unlawful, and contrary to law and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 4th respondent to implement the order of the 3rd respondent in favour of the petitioner in respect of the above land and issue pattadar pass book and title deeds in his favour."

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner through online with a request to implement the order dated 10-03-2015 passed by the 3rd respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same, however, the 4th respondent shall follow the procedure established under law.

Recording the statement made by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the application dated 16.07.2016 made by the petitioner through online and pass appropriate orders thereon, in terms of the order dated 10.03.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent, after hearing the petitioner and also the aggrieved persons, if any, as early as possible preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
