This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 29.12.2016 in I.A. No.5 of 2014 in I.A.No.26 of 2002 in O.S.No.33 of 1996 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Peddapalli, Karimnagar District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to file objections to the Advocate Commissioner's report if so advised. Permission is granted. 3.
