ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to modify the bail order dated 13.07.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1478 of 2015 in Cr.No.61 of 2015 passed by the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, by reducing the surety amount from Rs.10,000/- with two local sureties each having immovable properties for a like sum to Rs.5,000/-with two sureties to the satisfaction of the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar.

2. Heard both sides and perused the material on record.

3. The Court below, while granting bail to the petitioner, directed him to execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two local sureties each having immovable properties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not in a position to produce the two local sureties having immovable properties and therefore, he prays to modify the said condition.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- and also deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- by cash before the Court below, within a period of 15 days from today. The other conditions imposed by the Court below in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.
