THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.9354 of 2010 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after filing of this writ petition certain proceedings were issued and therefore the writ petitioner is required to challenge the said proceedings by instituting fresh proceedings. He further submits that in the circumstances stated, the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition assailing the subsequent proceedings.

Sri R. Vinod Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents/TSTRANSCO, is present.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh proceedings as sought for. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
