This Writ Petition is filed challenging the resolution, dated 15.04.2013, passed by the Chairman-cum-Tahsildar, Vangara Mandal, Srikakulam District, the 3rd respondent herein, on the allegation that the petitioner - Sangam was not providing proper food to the children and as against the strength of 85 children, it was claiming an excess strength of 14 children and as against the strength of 55 children, an excess strength of 47 children during the months June and July 2009.

The 3rd respondent has made alternative arrangement of providing food to the children through respondent No.5 - agency. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the District Collector, Srikakulam District, for reconsideration of the issue afresh. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
